About Mentoring
Our Programs
Renwick Fellows
Based on the legacy of the Minority Advisory Program, The Renwick Fellows program aims to help all first-year students explore identity and belonging as it relates to their transition to Carolina. The Minority Advisory Program was established in 1973 by Dean Hayden B. Renwick to assist first-year minority students with their adjustment to the Carolina environment. Renwick Fellows takes this initiative into the current day, assisting first-year students during their transition to Carolina, through mentorship, dialogue, and reflection.
